Make Your Mark. Engraved Pavers Now on Sale!

Your family can make its mark on the new Wharton DLA campus with a personalized engraved paver, which will be placed in our school’s courtyard forever.  Purchase before Friday, October 26, 2018 to be part of the initial installation, which will be done before Wharton’s new campus opening in January 2019.

Two options (Pavers will be gray):

$200:  6″ x 12″ (four lines, 20 characters each)

$500:  12″ x 12″ (nine lines, 20 characters each)

For every 10 tickets you purchase during pre-sale, you’ll receive 3 BONUS tickets.

Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up at the school on Thursday, Oct. 25 from 3:50 p.m.
to 6 p.m. and on Friday, Oct. 26 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tickets not picked up by then will be
delivered to your student’s classroom by dismissal time on Friday, Oct. 26.

Consider becoming a festival sponsor! We offer three sponsorship levels for families.
Sponsorships may be purchased through Handbid online or using the mobile app.

You may also download the Family Sponsorships Form and send it to your child’s teacher or the front office with cash or check.

Wharton Calabaza – $20
One (1) paper pumpkin with the name of your choice to be displayed at Wharton during October.
5 festival tickets ($5 value)

Amigos de Wharton – $100
Two (2) paper pumpkins with the name of your choice to be displayed at Wharton during October.
20 festival tickets ($20 value)

Familia Wharton – $200
Five (5) golden paper pumpkins with the name(s) of your choice to be displayed at Wharton during October.

¡Juntos!

Collaborating to build a better future for all children at Wharton.

The Wharton Dual Language Academy PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enabling the vision of our excellent school leadership, building strong community, and raising funds to enable life-transforming educational experiences. We invite you to invest in the future of all children at Wharton and contribute.

This easy fundraising effort asks parents and supporters to donate $25 per child ($50 per family) — without selling or purchasing anything. Monies raised through ¡Juntos! help fund class field trips, extracurricular activities, support teacher/staff appreciation efforts, defray costs associated with Wharton’s IB program and more. Wharton Family Camp Out

Let’s Go Camping! Let’s Have Some Outdoor Fun! Stay for the Weekend or Come for the Day!

Friday, November 9 to Sunday, November 11, 2018

Campground: Double Lake Recreation Area, Coldspring, TX 77331 (http://tinyurl.com/htdu5nm).  Approximately 1 hour north of Houston on Hwy 59.  Check-in time Friday at 4 p.m.; Check-out time Sunday at 1 p.m.

What to bring: Your own tent, camping equipment and family’s food.

Tent camping fees: $17 per family to be paid to Wharton PTO (see form below); $9 per vehicle per night (paid at the campground entrance).

Can’t stay for the weekend?  Families are welcome to come for the day only. The cost for the day only is $7 per vehicle for up to 5 people (paid at the campground entrance).  Day visitors do not need to pay the $17 camping fee, but please register below.
